Through our Inclusion in Equity campaign, a share of Rhythm Careers’ profits goes to Blueprint for All, making them a genuine equity partner in our business. Each year, donations reflect the previous year’s profitability — meaning every candidate we place and every client we work with helps fund their work. As Rhythm grows, so does our impact.
Strategic partnerships that matter
With less than 1% of UK architects identifying as Black, the industry still has barriers for under-represented talent. Rhythm Careers partners with firms committed to ED&I, connecting them with graduates and junior designers from Black and diverse backgrounds.
Our #InclusionthroughEquity work is supportive and impact-driven. While placements are free, we encourage partner firms to donate £1,000 to Blueprint for All, amplifying the impact of every placement.
As longstanding allies, Blueprint for All are proud to continue our partnership with Rhythm Careers. Together, we support young people from under-represented communities into architecture, launch apprenticeships, raise funds, and gain industry recognition — and we’re just getting started
Building futures together
Our first collaboration with Blueprint for All supported their Building Futures initiative through fundraising challenges. From the UK Three Peaks Challenge and a 25-hour, 75-mile commemorative walk, to running the London Marathon, our team went the extra mile to create opportunities for under-represented talent in architecture.
This inaugural partnership advanced Building Futures and earned awards like the Third Sector Business Charity Award and REC Diversity Champion Award, laying the foundation for our ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of architects.
Supporting women in architecture
Women in Architecture is a mentoring and advocacy programme dedicated to helping women thrive in the architecture profession, whether returning to work, advancing their careers, or building confidence in leadership roles. Rhythm Careers is proud to support this initiative — our team actively mentors participants, providing guidance on portfolios, CVs, and career development, helping to create a more inclusive and equitable industry for all.
