Job Title: Hospitality Interior Designer: ATLANTA, GA
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join a collaborative design studio working on high-end hospitality environments. This is an opportunity to be involved in projects from the earliest design concepts all the way through to installation, working alongside a creative team that values strong ideas, attention to detail, and thoughtful storytelling through interiors.
The role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with technical delivery and thrives in a fast-moving studio environment where multiple projects are often happening at once.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Working closely with a design team to develop thoughtful, memorable hospitality interiors from concept through completion.

Contributing to client presentations and helping translate a creative vision into clear design direction.

Developing material palettes, finishes, millwork details, and furniture selections that bring a design concept to life.

Preparing coordinated drawing packages and design documentation.

Supporting the development of FF&E budgets, schedules, and specifications.

Collaborating with consultants, vendors, and internal team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Helping ensure projects stay on track with timelines, design intent, and budget considerations.

Taking ownership of key portions of projects and contributing ideas that elevate the overall design.

Participating in a studio culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Interior Design or a related field.

Around 5–12 years of professional experience, ideally working on hospitality or other high-end interior environments.

A strong design eye combined with solid technical documentation skills.

Confidence producing drawing sets and design packages using industry-standard software.

Good understanding of construction, materials, and building systems.

Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

A collaborative designer who enjoys working with teams and contributing to creative discussions.

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, AdobeCS required
