Overview
A globally recognised, Top 100 hospitality design studio is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join its New York team. This boutique studio is known for delivering high-end, concept-driven hospitality environments across the US and internationally, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, storytelling, and experiential design.

This is an opportunity to work within a highly creative and collaborative environment, contributing to luxury hospitality projects from concept through completion, with clear room for growth and progression within the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of luxury hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, bars, and lifestyle spaces)

  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes

  • Produce detailed drawing packages, including plans, elevations, and bespoke millwork

  • Lead FF&E selection, specification, and procurement coordination

  • Create high-quality visualisations and renderings to communicate design intent

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and external vendors

  • Attend client meetings and presentations, supporting a strong client-facing presence

  • Ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases, from concept to installation

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

  • 4–8+ years of experience in hospitality interiors (luxury experience preferred)

  • Strong FF&E knowledge, including materials, finishes, and vendor coordination

  • Experience producing detailed millwork drawings and construction documentation

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); experience with Revit is a plus

  • Skilled in visualisation tools such as Enscape, SketchUp, or similar rendering software

  • Strong design sensibility with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and technical ability

  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
