Architect – Dublin | Residential & Mixed-Use Projects | c.100 Staff
A well-established, design-led architectural studio in Dublin (c.100 staff) is seeking experienced Architects to join their growing team. The practice is renowned for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects, with a focus on human-centred contemporary design and technical excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.
They are currently recruiting across both their design and technical teams, offering an exciting opportunity to work on substantial projects that make a real impact on how people live and work in Ireland.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with strong experience delivering residential projects in Ireland and a sound working knowledge of Irish planning, Building Regulations, and relevant guidelines. You will have excellent technical proficiency in building construction, with proven experience preparing working drawings, detailing, and tender packages. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, Photoshop, and InDesign, while Revit skills, BIM experience, and Contract Administration are advantageous but not essential.
