Rhythm Careers is working with a growing, design-focused architecture and interiors studio to appoint a chartered Architect for their Dublin team.
Based in the City Centre, the practice is in its early stages; small, ambitious, and already gaining recognition, with a strong pipeline of secured work. The studio have excellent and well-known clients and have a great pipeline of work ahead. Backed by experienced leadership and a wider network, they’ve launched with momentum and are building something deliberately different. Projects include deep retrofits and New Headquarter fit-out's for multiple clients, TimeOut Food markets and more!
This is a young, evolving business. Processes are still being shaped, and roles are fluid. You’ll likely step beyond a traditional job description at times, not due to lack of clarity, but because the studio values initiative and adaptability over rigid structure.
They are seeking qualified Architect, strong Revit skills, and the ability to work confidently and independently. You’ll bring sound judgement, commercial awareness, and a balanced approach to design and technical delivery. The ideal candidate is curious, open to feedback, proactive, and interested in emerging tools, with a positive impact on team culture.
