Residential Interior Designer
A growing high-end residential design studio is seeking a motivated Residential Designer to join its team. This role will support all phases of luxury residential projects, from concept through to installation, with a strong focus on FF&E, sourcing, presentations, vendor coordination, procurement, and overall project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and delivery of high-end residential projects from concept to completion
- Support FF&E development, sourcing, and specifications
- Prepare client presentations, design boards, and supporting materials
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and fabricators
- Assist with procurement, tracking, and installation support
- Help manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in high-end residential interior design
- Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- Strong FF&E knowledge with proven sourcing experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
